About Us
Reaching for Equal Opportunity RFEO is a non-profit organization that strives to create an environment that encourages growth. We welcome everyone regardless of money, race, gender, or religion, to create and support a healthy lifestyle both mentally and physically.

Our Future
RFEO's long-term goal is to build a community gym and health facility where all children, regardless of financial status, have access to training, mentorship, educational resources, and healthy meals.
This facility will serve as a safe and welcoming space where young people can:
-
Train and develop athletic skills
-
Learn healthy habits and nutrition
-
Receive mentorship and life guidance
-
Participate in organized sports programs
-
Access opportunities for college exposure and scholarships
-
Build confidence and lifelong skills
We envision a future where every child has the resources, support, and opportunities needed to succeed.

Meet Our Founder
RFEO was founded in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, on July 21, 2020, by Jauan Jennings, a 22-year-old professional athlete who played for the San Francisco 49ers and the Minnesota Vikings, along with 11 other family members. Recognizing that youth are the future, Jauan founded RFEO to create a place for kids to turn to instead of going down negative paths. RFEO was created to provide a place where youth can thrive, grow, and develop the skills needed to become successful in life.
